Hi There!
Welcome to our family's very own CNC machine shop in Nashville, Tennessee. During "normal hours", we serve a wide variety of industries and sectors in the USA. We specialize in small, precise parts that you could hold in your hand . Over the past ten years, our family has been able to use our machines' capabilities to create a host of new products and develop them to various levels. Some things we've made are totally awesome, and some just needed to be made and shelved for further consideration . . .
Here on Etsy, we want to bring our creations to you! As our shop's name implies, Artisan Alloys creates with metal alloys such as Copper, Brass, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Titanium, etc. We might sneak in some polymers and adhesives here or there, but it's all about starting with metal in mind.
We're quite sure you'll enjoy Artisan Alloys year after year, as we meticulously design and iterate for long-life of your precision hardware. Besides, we certainly don't need any more cheap plastic junk to throw away.
With the exception of certain potentially hazardous surface treatments (anodizing or electropolishing), everything is done here at our shop. From saw cutting the alloys, through all CNC operations, finishing for the right look and feel, laser-marking, cleaning and packaging . . . it's a labor of love.
